The Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Authorized Representatives

An authorized representative is an individual who has the authority to create and manage a RootRemedyRX account on the Website on behalf of a minor child or another individual over whom the authorized individual has legal authority.  An authorized representative may include a parent, guardian, or other legal representative.

An authorized representative may authorize and/or have access to a RootRemedyRX account for a dependent.  The dependent’s RootRemedyRX account will be linked to the authorized representative’s account until the earlier of the date: (i) the minor dependent reaches the age of 18, or (ii) RootRemedyRX is notified by the dependent’s authorized representative or a court of law or agency with appropriate authority that the dependent has been emancipated, attained legal custody of his or her own health information, or that a different authorized representative has been named.  Each authorized representative will have the same rights to access and communicate through the dependent’s RootRemedyRX account.  Each authorized representative agrees that if he or she becomes aware of any change in any authorized representative’s relationship to the dependent that may result in the authorized representative no longer qualifying as an authorized representative, the authorized representative will advise RootRemedyRX of the same.

We collect information from and about users of our Website:

Pages of the Website our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit RootRemedyRX, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity).

When you use the Website or its content, you may be directed to our third-party scheduling, medical records, or payment processor to handle payment transactions with RootRemedyRX.  Any transactions will be subject to such third-party's privacy policies and terms and conditions.

You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.
